css Zen Garden Wire frame

For our final assignment we must redesign css Zen Garden using only css2 (no css3, bummer). I plan on modeling my redesign after the cover art for old atari games. At this stage I have wireframed out each section of the page in different colors to know what I'm working with. Here's a screen shot of the wireframe.
